Overview
Domino World AR is the evolution of a classic childhood pastime. Create virtual domino courses quickly and easily in the world around you, using an assortment of tiles, props, and toys.
My Role
I was tasked with porting Domino World from the Project Tango platform over to both ARKit and Google ARCore. I built a core framework that enabled Schell Games to build once and deploy to both ARKit and ARCore from the same Unity project.
I added new onboarding UI and UX design to accompany the new platforms, along with animation and art that explained how to scan and place objects using the phone's camera — rather than Project Tango's depth-based process.
