My Role
I led the Unity team on the Milan game-development kit (GDK) that powers the title, taking it from pre-production through to a global market launch. My focus was the shared architecture and tooling that let feature teams build and ship new slot games quickly and consistently.
Day to day I balanced hands-on engineering with team leadership — setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and coordinating across design, art, and production to keep a large live-service product shipping on schedule.
